How to disassemble the clausor to clean it

En ocasiones nos acercamos a la moto ponemos el contacto y pulsamos el botón de puesta en marcha y...... la moto como si no tuviese batería, cuando sabemos que eso no es posible, pueden ser muchas causas pero una de ellas es la suciedad en los contactos del clausor, y una forma de solucionarlo es comprar uno nuevo o limpiarlo.

Sometimes we approach the motorcycle, turn on the ignition and press the start button and...... the motorcycle seems to have no battery, when we know that this is not possible, there could be many causes but one of them is dirt on the contacts of the clausor, and one way to fix it is to buy a new one or clean it.

Desmontamos todo el clausor hasta quedarnos así.

Esta es la parte mas complicada de la operación, es sacar el tornillo de la  foto que normalmente esta lacrado, la función de este tornillo es mantener el bombin de cierre y el interruptor de los contactos juntos, un destornillador con la pala  nueva y del tamaño adecuado es fundamental.
This is the most complicated part of the operation, it is removing the screw in the photo that is normally sealed, the function of this screw is to keep the closing cylinder and the contact switch together, a screwdriver with the new blade and the size Adequate is essential.

Con mucho cuidado hacemos palanca para desmontar el conjunto
sobre las dos  muecas que tiene la parte blanca. Muy recomendable es sumergir la pieza en agua muy caliente durante unos minutos para que al manipular, no se rompan las pestañas.

Estos son los contactos fijos que hay que limpiar, sobre todo el
central, a partir de aquí para limpiar contactos no utilicéis nada
abrasivo

Estos son los contacto móviles, ojo mucho cuidado aquí, por que
no podéis  perder ninguno de los muelles.
